June 6: First Saturday Art Walk
June 6 @ 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm
First Saturday Art Walk is every first Saturday of the month from 4:30-7 pm and is a free, self-guided event located in the Village of Lopez Island. Activities include artist exhibitions and talks, live entertainment, free family art activities at Lopez Library, food trucks, and specials at local participating restaurants and businesses.
On June 6: Library Artist in Residence Jessica Velo will present and reflect on five new works, kicking off June’s First Saturday Art Walk, with an artist talk: Surprises/Resolution. Every creative endeavor is a process of discovery. The vision evolves, the process changes you, and reaching an end is the beginning of the next stage of the journey.
