September 26: Great Islands Cleanup – San Juan Island

The Fall Great Islands Cleanup is happening Saturday, September 26, 2026. Join your friends and neighbors for a day of stewardship, taking care of island beaches and roadways.

San Juan Island:
Join us at Jacksons Beach Picnic Shelter at 10am on Saturday, September 26. Choose your beach or roadway assignment and cleanup supplies (gloves, bags, pickers). Fuel up with coffee and donuts courtesy of Lautenbach Recycling, then head out to clean up your chosen location, or stay at Jackson Beach. Return all trash and materials by 2 pm to the Jackson Beach Picnic Shelter
